We are looking for an international sales specialist to join our friendly and hard-working family.


Job description:



The relevant candidate will be responsible for the applicant patient's entire sales and follow-up process.


Gathering the relevant information and pictures from the applicant patient, getting his evaluation through the doctors, sharing it with the patient and giving the necessary details.


Preparing a special treatment plan for each patient in coordination with doctors,


Ensuring that patients are satisfied with the process throughout the sales process


Checking retrospective data and reviving inactive dialogues


Making data entries to the CRM program on time and using the program effectively


Timely execution of tasks assigned by the manager and preparation of the reports


Qualifications:



Bachelor’s degree in a related field,


At least 2 years of experience in Health Tourism, International Sales,


Proficient in written and verbal English at an advanced level,


A second language in addition to English is preferred Western European language is a plus,


Have high communication, persuasion and creativity skills,


Able to sell treatment plans by meeting with patients through online channels or over the phone,


Closely following new trends in the field of Health Tourism,


Developed persuasion and negotiation skills,


Able to work target and sales oriented,


Good listener and explains sincerely with confidence and friendliness,


Proficiency in MS Office applications with prior experience in CRM (or Similar) programs,


Being confident, extroverted and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience,


Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to patients,
